Since products are only printed once ordered, we don't accept exchange.
Yuppie Buy don't accept exchange except for:
Misprinted items: if you receive misprinted item you are intitled to a replacement or refund. Which must be submitted within 14 days after the product have been received (we suggest to contact us before returning any products). If not reported, we will not issue credit. Always include a photo of the misprinted error. If you believe you have received an incorrect item,please contact Yuppie Buy as soon as possible.
Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Always remember to include a picture of the damage item.
In addition, please make sure to specify order number(s) with your return so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All retun ( damage) must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains, from make up, deodorant..), and still have the original tags attached.
